Morrison County District Court

The following people charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

Gross misdemeanors:

• Kyle James Lembcke, 38, Little Falls (offense: 5/6/23) — Third-degree DWI, and carry/possess pistol without permit in a public place, fined $300 and sentenced to four days in jail and supervised probation for four years. Dismissed was a second charge of third-degree DWI.

Misdemeanors:

• Mitchell Dorian Don Peterson, 49, Little Falls (offense: 8/5/23) — DWI, fined $410 and sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Tyler James Rodeski, 18, Little Falls (offense: 7/9/23) — DWI, fined $410 and sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Blake Alan Maslowski, 20, Little Falls (offense: 6/3/323) — Drinking and driving under the age of 21, fined $185 and sentenced to probation to the court for one year.
