On May 30 at 11:00 a.m., the ribbon was cut at Eileen’s Cafe at Wyboo and the new business is now officially open. Located at 2572 Players Course Drive in Manning, the cafe serves breakfast and lunch. The menu has many unique breakfast platters along with sandwiches and lunch appetizers. Dine in or takeout is available. The hours are 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. They are closed on Sunday’s.
