Pets of the Week – May 23rd

First on the list we have Chief. Chief is a 5-year-old Bluetick Coonhound. He is neutered, microchipped, is heart worm negative, dewormed and up to date on most shots. Fun facts about Chief is that he loves to go on walks and runs. Chief loves to be with his humans whether that be gardening or just simply going for a walk. However, above all else Chief really likes to sing. Chief requires a fenced yard but he is house broken and is potty and kennel trained. If you decide to adopt Chief, a meet and greet with your current dog is required, however, he loves all people and is great with kids.

The last dog we have on the list is Baraka, yes like the Mortal Kombat character. Baraka is about 2-3-years-old, he is also neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and has his distemper and parvo vaccine. Baraka is very well behaved and just like Chief, he is also housebroken, potty and kennel trained. Fun fact about Baraka, he loves people and also is great with kids. The Alcona Humane Society does say that Baraka needs to be the only pet in the house but he likes to play tug o’ war and get his belly rubbed.
