The Buena Vista Board of Trustees will conduct a regular meeting tonight, May 23rd, beginning at 7 pm. 

The board will consider adopting an ordinance which would implement a 120-day moratorium on the acceptance and processing of new subdivision applications. The board may choose to adopt an ordinance that also includes a moratorium on the acceptance of new annexation petitions requiring water. 

Trustees will also consider approving the discretionary aviation grant from the Colorado Division of Aeronautics, amend the 2023 fee schedule, and with the resignation of Trustee Mark Jenkins, Trustees will determine if the vacancy will be filled by an appointment of the board or by election. 

Trustees will adjourn to executive session to consider the terms and conditions of the Town Administrator’s employment with the Town.

His radio career has had stops in Nashville, Memphis, Oklahoma, and eventually, Colorado.
