From a May 20 report from the Dent County Sheriff’s Office:
On May 13, a deputy conducted a traffic stop on N. Highway 19. During the course of the stop, a 22-year-old Salem woman was arrested on three outstanding arrest warrants. The female subject was arrested and transported to the Dent County Jail where she was incarcerated on the warrants.
On May 15, a deputy responded to the 2300 block of Highway E for a reported assault. During the course of the investigation, a 74-year-old Salem man was arrested. The male subject was transported to the Dent County Jail where he was fingerprinted, photographed, and released on a criminal citation.
On May 17, a deputy responded to the 700 block of E. Dent St. for a wanted subject. During the course of the investigation, a 48-year-old Salem man was arrested on an active warrant. The male subject was transported to the Dent County Jail where he was incarcerated on the warrant.
On May 18, a deputy was on routine patrol in the 400 block of County Road 4220 when he observed a 41-year-old Salem man who had an active arrest warrant. The suspect fled on foot and was apprehended by the deputy a short time later. The male subject was arrested and transported to the Dent County Jail where he was incarcerated on the warrant.
