Weird But True

Model rescued after taking NSFW snaps in sea cave: I feel ‘so stupid’

It was the cave of blunders.

A UK OnlyFans model redefined “not safe for work” after she had to be rescued by the coastguard during a saucy seaside photo shoot gone awry.

“When I saw the tide coming in I thought ‘how could I be so stupid?'” Michaela Ogilvie told SWNS of her near-death X-perience, which occurred Tuesday afternoon while she was taking nude snaps on the coast in her hometown Ramsgate, Kent.

The 32-year-old amateur pornographer is a fixture on OnlyFans, where she rakes in over $1,200 a week by posting salacious snaps of her body, Kent Online reported.

For her latest randy photo-op, Ogilvie decided to take some salacious shots in a scenic sea cove at the nearby Dumpton Gap.

“I thought it would be really cool to strip off in the cave,” the Brit explained. “It took me a while to get undressed.”

The skin flick star reportedly loved the fact that there was “no one around,” not recognizing the hazards of posing in such an isolated spot.

That’s when her scenic seaside striptease turned into a scene out of a disaster movie: Ogilvie only managed to snap just four NSFW selfies before the tide started coming fast and hard.

While her cozy nook was becoming dangerously inundated, the OnlyFans star didn’t initially realize she was in peril, even after looking at a nearby tide sign.

“I remember looking at the time and it said ‘low’ ‘high’, but didn’t look properly,” exclaimed Ogilvie. “I don’t know whether it was me being thick or blond.”

She added, “I just got into the moment, I was looking at the sea getting closer, thinking oh that’s pretty and sparkly.”

Shortly thereafter, the danger finally dawned on her. “Then it came closer and I just thought ‘s – – t,'” Ogilvie described. “The waves were crashing, I’m a really good swimmer but I would have got chewed up.”

At that point, the desperate gal started exploring other escape options, explaining: “I couldn’t get out of the cove either way — the sea had come completely in. I looked at the cliffs, wondering if I could climb up.”

The sexhibitionist said she knew if she stayed in the cave it would “fill up with water” and she “might drown” in a watery grave.

With time running out, Ogilvie dialed emergency services, who arrived in record time. “If I didn’t know to ring 999 I wouldn’t be alive, because it took 27 minutes for the rescue team to get there,” exclaimed the relieved Brit, who attributed her survival in part to her social media savviness.

“Luckily I had the brains to use Snapchat because I didn’t have signal there so I couldn’t show my location,” Ogilvie explained. “I was on Snapchat maps and zooming in and they found me.”

Shortly thereafter, the crew “managed to get close enough to get the casualty onboard and brought her back to the lifeboat station,” according to a spokesperson for the RNLI Ramsgate Life Boat Station.

Although somewhat embarrassed to admit it, Ogilvie believes that her rescuers might have recognized her from her day job as they forgot to put a life jacket on her when she first boarded the vessel.

“The driver moved around and said ‘I’m surprised you’re not taking selfies yet.'” the grateful gal recalled. “I said ‘that’s because I’m about to s – – t myself.'”

She added, “The crew were amazing and so friendly. I have huge respect for them and I hope people can learn from my mistake.”

In light of the incident, the RNLI is warning people to check their Facebook page so they can confirm the tides before heading to the beach.

Ogilvie ultimately says she survived because of her inexorable will to live, explaining: “In the cave I realized, whatever happened, when it came down to it, I wanted to be alive.”

It’s been a long road for the adult entertainer, who reportedly started out as a social worker, before switching careers after her former gig became too “depressing.”

The crisis manager-cum-porn star’s new gig slingshotted her to fame and better pay. Along with making five figures a month on OnlyFans, Ogilvie has a major social media presence, amassing over 30,000 followers on Instagram.

She also garnered 20,000 TikTok followers under the handle @Jokerthanetlass, before the platform restricted her account for nudity.

Despite her salacious day job, Ogilvie claims she is celibate.
