The Floyd County Conservation District announced it will be giving away free tree seedlings to Floyd County Residents starting Saturday, April 1st from 7am to 1pm.

The kind of trees available in the giveaway are pawpaw, pecan, persimmon and white pine. The giveaway will be conducted on a first come, first serve basis, with any remaining trees being given away during office hours each day after Saturday until all trees are gone.
