RANDOLPH, MINNESOTA - Dakota County Sherriff Joe Leko released a statement late this morning about a fatal accident in the City of Randolph, Minnesota. According to the press release, around 8 AM this morning, Wednesday, November 29, 2023, the Dakota County Sheriff's Office and Minnesota State Patrol responded to an accident on Highway 56 near Dakota County Road 88. A 17-year-old driver and the vehicle's lone occupant were traveling north on Highway 56 near Dakota County Road 88 when the vehicle left the roadway and rolled. He was ejected from the car during the rollover and was pronounced deceased at the scene of the accident.
