EAGAN, MINNESOTA - Following a request for more information from the Eagan Police Department, we have learned that back on the morning of Thursday, November 16, 2023, around 7:15 AM, Officers with the Eagan Police Department were called out to the area of Nicols Road and Eagan Outlets Parkway near the Eagan Outlet Mall for suspicious activity. When Officers arrived at the scene, they found a deceased male. The Eagan Fire Department was also dispatched to the call.

According to the press release, around 8 AM this morning, Wednesday, November 29, 2023, the Dakota County Sheriff's Office and Minnesota State Patrol responded to an accident on Highway 56 near Dakota County Road 88. A 17-year-old driver and the vehicle's lone occupant were traveling north on Highway 56 near Dakota County Road 88 when the vehicle left the roadway and rolled. He was ejected from the car during the rollover and was pronounced deceased at the scene of the accident.
