Meredith shares thoughts on her new role “I have the opportunity to serve the people of Georgia every day in the U.S. Senate as Senior Advisor to Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock. My work environment is very fast paced with a large volume of constituent concerns.” Lilly during this Black History Month shares “Being the only woman in leadership presents its own set of challenges.  I can trace back to my experience as the only Black student in summer programs while in high school. Those experiences forced me to develop a strong sense of self and I developed a love for all people. I learned early on to establish meaningful goals.”
