TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Home court advantage is real.

The Alabama Crimson Tide continued its onslaught of opponents at Coleman Coliseum on Wednesday night, pounding the Florida Gators 97-69.

The Crimson Tide is now 11-0 in the SEC — its best start in conference play since 1955-56.

Alabama was on fire from the start, jumping out to a 29-11 lead early on. And it didn't stop there — the Crimson Tide led by as many as 30 points in the second half.

Brandon Miller continued his tremendous freshman campaign, going for 24 points, nine rebounds and three assists. Mark Sears added 19 more — and Jahvon Quinerly had 11.

Alabama assisted on half of its baskets.

Colin Castleton was nothing shy of spectacular for the Gators, finishing with 29 points and 10 rebounds — but his effort was nowhere near enough. Riley Kugel and Will Richard combined for 26 points together.

Perhaps the Crimson Tide's two biggest games of the SEC schedule are on tap. Alabama is at Auburn in the "Iron Bowl of Basketball" on Saturday afternoon before heading to Knoxville next Wednesday to take on No. 6 Tennessee. The Volunteers fell to Vanderbilt in Nashville on Wednesday night.
