Breaking and entering: Richmond Road

A security guard at the Belle Oaks property located a shattered glass door at the former Regal Cinema Jan. 31. The incident was documented.

Disturbance: Richmond Road

Officers responded just after midnight Feb. 3 to a report of woman with pigtails causing a disturbance while leaving Five Points Grille.

They located her walking along Chardon Road and subsequently arrested her for public intoxication. The Euclid woman, 31, was taken to a hospital in Euclid.

Property damage: Richmond Road

The staff of La Fumee Cigars reported Feb. 1 that a mailbox attached to the building had been struck by a Jeep driven by an unknown woman.

They said she backed into it and left without notice. The incident was documented.

A resident said Jan. 30 that he had found a tree uprooted on his tree lawn and a spare tire leaning against a pole across the roadway.

He believed a vehicle had struck the small tree in the past couple days, but did not have any surveillance video.

Officers looked at the spare tire, but did not believe it was involved as it did not appear to be damaged. No other residents had surveillance video, and a report was filed for insurance purposes.
