Update: Hawai’i Island police report that 77-year-old Serena Nishihara, who was previously reported missing, has been located in good health.

Original post: The Hawai‘i Police Department seeks the public’s help in locating an elderly woman who is considered at risk.

Seventy-seven-year-old Serena Nishihara was last seen this morning in Hilo on Ua Kahele Street at 5:30 a.m. She is described as Asian, 5 feet 1 inch tall and 134 pounds. She also has black hair and brown eyes.

According to police Nishihara drives a silver 2008 Hyundai van bearing Hawaii license plate LAC306. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is advised to call 911 or police dispatch at 808-935-3311.
