Construction of the Durango Casino & Resort project in the southwest Las Vegas valley remains on schedule as it approaches an expected opening date of late this year, according to executives.
Red Rock Resorts, the parent company of Station Casinos, discussed the resort during its quarterly earnings call on Tuesday.
Crews topped out the building in October and full enclosure is expected by mid-April, executives said on the call. The opening date is anticipated for some time in the last three months of 2023.

Station Casinos on Wednesday unveiled a full list of food hall dining options that will be available at Durango.
The resort will feature an elevated food hall concept called "Eat Your Heart Out" that will feature local favorites and restaurants from other cities.
Restaurants and establishments announced for the food hall: Ai Pono Café, Irv's Burgers, Prince Street Pizza, Uncle Paulie's Deli, Yu Or Mi Sushi, Shang Artisan Noodle, Nielsen's Frozen Custard, Vesta Coffee, Oyster Bar, and DRNK.

Station says there will also be a Mexican concept, a coastal grill concept and an original steakhouse, the last of which will be created by the property's executive chef.
Meanwhile, Station Casinos is ready to open its newest Wildfire location on Fremont Street near downtown Las Vegas. The 21,000-square-foot casino will have more than 200 slot machines and a sportsbook, along with two restaurant options.
Executives also previewed projects that could be coming soon. Station Casinos purchased land at Losee Road and the 215 Beltway in North Las Vegas and near Cactus Road and Las Vegas Boulevard for potential gaming sites.
"With the completion of these transactions, our strategic landholdings amount to over 522 acres, a bulk of which will serve as the foundation for the future growth of the company," Stephen Cootey, executive vice president and chief financial officer for Red Rock Resorts, told analysts on Tuesday's call.
