BATH, N.Y. (WENY) -- A Steuben County jury has found Dustin Drake not guilty on all counts, including vehicular homicide, for a fatal 2019 DWI crash that claimed the lives of four other people. The verdict was reached earlier this morning after multiple days of deliberation. 

The Oct. 2019 crash claimed the lives 28-year-old Korbie Higgins, 26-year-old Coy Miner Jr., 25-year-old Nicole Wise and 29-year-old Adam Bellamy. According to Police the car they were in hit a tree in the Town of Pulteney after veering off County Route 76. Drake, who was the only survivor, was accused by Police of being the driver and drunk.
