Two men have been arrested, each on multiple felony charges, following a shots-fired and pursuit incident in Gloversville over the weekend.
According to State Police there were reports Sunday evening of shots fired at a moving vehicle, followed by a pursuit and then a brief standoff.
Following further investigation into this incident the State Police recovered a firearm, multiple controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia. As a result two suspects were arrested.
Jordan A. Fegin, 23, of Gloversville, NY was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree, a class “C” felony; Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, a class “D” felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, a class “D” felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, a class “A” misdemeanor; Menacing in the Second Degree, a class “A” misdemeanor; and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.
Cameron D. Sleezer, 20, of Gloversville, NY, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree, a class “C” felony; Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, a class “D” felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, a class “D” felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, a class “A” misdemeanor; and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.
Both were transported to SP Mayfield for processing. They were arraigned at the Gloversville City Court. Fegin was released on his own recognizance and will reappear at the court on a later date. Sleezer was remanded to the Fulton County Correctional Facility without bail.
