A St. Clair man suffered moderate injuries after the tractor that he was riding on began to overturn and landed on him, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.Â
The highway patrol reports that 10:20 a.m. on Feb. 6, Angelo A. Deluca, 71, of St. Clair, was driving a Iseka Bolens tractor on Virginia Mines Road. Deluca’s tractor was towing another tractor. Riding on the towed tractor was Phillip L. Deluca, 46, also of St. Clair.Â
