Superfrico inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Known as ‘Vegas’ biggest house party,” Superfrico is Spiegelworld’s debut F&B concept that continues to be the talk of the town. The psychedelic Italian American concept serves up unconventional takes on a classic pizza including the Pistachio Mortadella Square made with pistachio pesto, house mortadella, house stracciatella, Parmigiano Reggiano and pistachio or the Lobster “Thermidor” Square made with butter poached lobster, thermidor sauce, parmesan, cheddar, lemon zest, and herb salad.

For those who like a more classic take on a pizza experience, be sure to check out the resort’s hidden pizzeria. Located on Level 3 of The Boulevard Tower nestled between Blue Ribbon and Jaleo, this hidden pizzeria is a twist on a speakeasy experience. Serving whole pies or by the slice, enthusiasts can enjoy an authentic New York pizzeria experience.

Side Piece Pizza, located at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Summerlin, will hold a "Dream Pizza" topping contest in honor of National Pizza Day at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 9 for a chance to win free pizza for a month and be featured on the Side Piece menu.

Side Piece Pizza will also have special game day pie specials for those looking to stock up on food before the Super Bowl on Sunday, February 12.

Trattoria Reggiano will celebrate National Pizza Day with 50% off all pizza pies at their location in Downtown Summerlin. Specializing in Neapolitan-style pizzas, each of their pies are curated from a special family recipe by Great Grandmother Bonanno's kitchen in Gibellina, Sicily, and has been passed down four generations in the Bonanno's family.

Also owned by the Bonanno's family, Bonanno's New York Pizza Kitchen features New York-style pies made with Caputo "Americana Super" flour that contains no additives and is designed specifically for a NY-style pizza, Italian imported tomatoes from the Naples region, and Grande "East Coast Blend" mozzarella cheese. Their slices pass the "Boardwalk Test," meaning the crust is sturdy enough to hold up on its own in one hand without drooping and causing the toppings to fall off (comes from the family history in New Jersey, walking the boardwalk with pizza slices).
