The Los Angeles Lakers return home after the team’s annual Grammys road trip. Los Angeles went 2-3 on the road trip and should have gone 3-2 as they were robbed with a controversial no-call against the Boston Celtics.

Now there are two massive storylines surrounding the Lakers. The first is the trade deadline and what the team is going to pivot to after missing out on Kyrie Irving for absurd reasons. The other is LeBron James’ pursuit of the all-time scoring record, which has been held by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for over three decades.

Because he is a 38-year-old man playing in his 20th season in the NBA, LeBron is prone to miss a game from time to time in order to rest. With the record in striking distance, here is everything you need to know about LeBron’s status and the Lakers injury report against the Thunder.

LeBron James injury status tonight vs Thunder:

Even with the scoring record potentially on the line, there is no guarantee that LeBron will play on Tuesday night against the Thunder. LeBron was added to the injury report with left ankle soreness and has been listed as questionable.

However, this is not new for LeBron, who had the same injury designation for most of the team’s road trip over the last two weeks. At 38 years old with 20 years of NBA experience, LeBron has been sore this season and has sat out specific games to help remedy that.

With only a two-game window to break the scoring record at home, chances are that LeBron will play in tonight vs the Thunder barring any setbacks.

Anthony Davis has also been added to the Lakers injury report as he still recovers from his right foot injury. However, Davis has been listed as probable. Austin Reaves has also been listed as probable with a hamstring injury.

Reaves has missed over a month due to a left hamstring strain. The last time he played was January 4 against the Miami Heat.

Full Thunder injury report vs Lakers:

In addition to Chet Holgrem (who is missing his entire rookie season), the Thunder will be without Aleksej Pokusevski, who suffered a leg injury in December that was expected to keep him out for 6-8 weeks.

Luguentz Dotz has also been listed as out for Tuesday’s game with a hamstring injury.
