See the full schedule of all Virginia Cavaliers sporting events for the week of February 7th-12th below. This week, 12 Virginia sports teams will be in action for a total of 24 UVA sporting events. 

Virginia men's basketball has a pair of marquee ACC matchups at home this week. UVA hosts No. 22 NC State in a late-night matchup on Tuesday at 9pm and then Duke comes to Charlottesville on Saturday at 4pm. 

The 2023 Virginia softball season begins this weekend with the Cavaliers set to play six games in a four-day period in the Lone Star State. UVA is scheduled to participate in the University of Houston Tournament with games against Lamar and Houston on Thursday and then another double-header with Lamar and Houston on Saturday before playing Nebraska on Sunday morning to conclude the tournament. The Cavaliers will also play at Sam Houston State in Huntsville, Texas on Friday. 

UVA women's basketball looks to snap a six-game losing skid with a pair of home games against two more challenging ACC foes this week. Virginia hosts Louisville on Thursday night and No. 22 NC State on Sunday at JPJ. 

Athletes from the Virginia track & field teams will be participating in three separate events up and down the east coast on Friday and Saturday, as the Cavaliers will have representatives at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational in Lynchburg, the David Hemery Valentine Invitational in Boston, and the Tiger Paw Invitational in Clemson. 

The Virginia women's tennis team is set to compete in the ITA National Team Indoor Championship in Seattle beginning on Friday. The bracket and matchups for the tournament have yet to be revealed. Update: UVA women's tennis is the No. 7 seed in the ITA Indoor bracket and will face Michigan at 12pm ET on Friday. The winner will advance to face the winner of No. 2 North Carolina and Pepperdine in the quarterfinals. 

The UVA squash teams will play a total of five matches on the road this weekend. Virginia men's squash, who just captured its fourth-straight Mid Atlantic Squash Conference Championship last weekend, plays at Princeton on Saturday and vs. Cornell in Philadelphia on Sunday. UVA women's squash plays at Penn on Friday, at Princeton on Saturday, and vs. Cornell in Philadelphia on Sunday. 

Virginia wrestling hosts its final home match of the season as Duke comes to Mem Gym on Friday at 7pm. 

The 2023 UVA women's lacrosse season begins this weekend with a pair of games across the country in California. Virginia, which is ranked No. 13 in the preseason poll, plays at No. 14 Stanford on Friday night and then against UC Davis on Sunday in Palo Alto. 

Virginia men's tennis has a big-time showdown with No. 2 Ohio State on Saturday at 12pm at Boar's Head Sports Club in Charlottesville. 

The 2023 Virginia men's lacrosse season begins this weekend. The No. 1-ranked Cavaliers host Michigan on Saturday at 12pm at Klockner Stadium.
