BROKEN BOW – Today marks the return of the Goodwill donation truck to Custer County; as is tradition, the trailer will be parked outside of Gary’s Super Foods, found at 1110 South B Street in Broken Bow, starting Tuesday afternoon and running through Friday, February 10 until about noon, or until the trailer is full.
Goodwill will be accepting donations of gently-used household items and clothes which can include shoes, boots, purses, belts, hats, and computers and their parts and accessories. Small appliances are acceptable, however, due to space constraints, larger items such as furniture, mattresses, and televisions will not be accepted.
Donators are reminded that due to the sheer number of donations that the trailer receives, it is imperative that boxes are loaded as far into the trailer as possible, from front to back, and those requiring assistance with loading and arranging their donations should not hesitate to ask for assistance.
