Warren County man charged with robbery, burglary

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – One Bowling Green man has been charged following what police say was a burglary.

On Monday around 1:52 a.m., Warren County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to Hunterwood Way in Bowling Green for a burglary in progress.

Police say deputies arrived moments later to find the suspect had fled the scene.

After a few hours, police say they received calls about a sighting of the suspect before locating video surveillance to make an identification.

The WCSO says the investigation led to the arrest of Finley Shackleford, 31, of Bowling Green.

Shackleford is charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and parole violation. He remains in the Warren County Detention Center.
