A man is recovering after deputies say he was shot during a road rage incident in Fresno.

The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called Sunday around 8:15 p.m. after learning that a shooting had taken place near Gettysburg and Palm in central Fresno.

Deputies say two men had been arguing on the road and when they both stopped at a red light, one driver shot at the other.

The sheriff’s office says the shooter has yet to be caught and was seen driving a dark-colored SUV.

According to investigators, the victim was taken to the hospital where they are currently recovering from the shooting.

No arrests have been made and anyone with information regarding Sunday’s road rage incident in central Fresno can call Crime Stoppers at 559-498-STOP.
