2h agoA 15-year-old has been indicted by a Rockland County jury for having a loaded pistol inside Nanuet High School last month, according to authorities.
The district attorney's office says the juvenile offender faces charges of possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a weapon on school grounds.
School officials learned the student had the .38-caliber pistol on him, authorities say.
Police were notified and took possession of the weapon and later arrested the defendant.
