FAIRMONT, W.Va. (WV News) — A grand jury in Fairmont handed down more than 20 indictments Monday, according to the office of Marion County Prosecuting Attorney Jeffrey L. Freeman.
An indictment is merely an allegation, and those indicted are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Those indicted and the charges against them, according to Freeman, are:
— Charlene Stewart, 58, Fairmont, third-offense shoplifting
— Steven Tucker, 59, Farmington, second or subsequent offense possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person
— Shekea Fox, 33, North Central Regional Jail, first-degree murder, first-degree robbery, burglary, assault during the commission of a felony, conspiracy
— Naquan Warren, 32, North Central Regional Jail, first-degree murder, first-degree robbery, burglary, assault during the commission of a felony, conspiracy
— Arman Pettis, 23, Fairmont, entry of a building other than a dwelling, escape, obstructing an officer, destruction of property (misdemeanor), petit larceny, fleeing other than a vehicle
— Matthew Davich, 37, Morgantown, fleeing in a vehicle while under the influence, fleeing with reckless indifference, driving while license revoked for DUI
— Jason Carl Pownell, 47, Fairmont, burglary, grand larceny
— Brian Altobelli, 38, Fairmont, third or subsequent offense DUI; separately, third or subsequent offense DUI
— Leroy Rousseau, 34, Clarksburg, conspiracy to manufacture, deliver or possess with intent to manufacture or deliver not less than five grams but less than fifty grams of meth, possession with intent to deliver meth
— Heather Riffle, 34, Clarksburg, third-offense shoplifting
— Erika Miller, 47, Fairmont, possession with intent to deliver meth, possession with intent to deliver alprazolam, possession with intent to deliver clonazepam, possession with intent to deliver suboxone
— Matthew Rowand, 39, Fairmont, third or subsequent offense domestic battery
— Justin Kuhens, 36, Clarksburg, fleeing from an officer while under the influence
— Donald Andrews, 44, Bridgeport, grand larceny
— Anthony Owens, 62, Fairmont, third or subsequent offense driving while license revoked for DUI
— Augustus Gray, 51, Braddock, Pennsylvania, second or subsequent offense conspiracy to manufacture, deliver or possess with intent to deliver fifty grams or more of meth, possession with intent to deliver meth, conspiracy, second or subsequent offense possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, use or presentation of a firearm in the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person
— Rachel Sealey, 46, Rivesville, possession with intent to deliver LSD, possession with intent to deliver meth, possession with intent to deliver psilocybin mushrooms, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession with intent to deliver alprazolam, transportation of a controlled substance into the state (marijuana)
— Anthony Owens, 62, Fairmont, third or subsequent offense driving while license revoked for DUI
— Tina Blecastro, 61, Shinnston, second or subsequent offense possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, second or subsequent offense conspiracy
— Shawn Fain, 45, Clarksburg, grand larceny
— Justin Leidy, 43, Beverly, second or subsequent offense failure to register or provide notice of registration changes
— Bryan Allen, 56, Fairmont, grand larceny
— Aaron Wilfong, 34, Fairmont, possession with intent to deliver heroin
— Christopher Rowan, 40, Fairmont, child neglect creating risk of injury
