SUMNER COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities investigating a fatal-officer involved shooting have identified the suspect who died as 25-year-old Rosendo Enrique Ravero, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. He was wanted in connection with allegedly shooting his ex-girlfriend's 70-year-old grandmother at her place of business on March 17, in Miami, Florida, according to Detective Angel Rodriguez with Miami-Dade County Police.
