CLEVELAND, Ohio – A Cleveland man is accused of kidnapping an acquaintance he’d hired for a plumbing job, holding him for ransom and firing shots at him as he escaped. Ahmed Johnson, 51, was arrested Sunday and charged in Cleveland Municipal Court with aggravated kidnapping. A judge set Johnson’s bond at $75,000 during his initial court appearance on Monday.
