Albany Police say they have arrested two men in connection to a Sunday night shots fired investigation.
According to police, on February 5th, just before ten, officers responded to a shots fired call in the area of of Second and Judson Streets.
A vehicle, police say was involved in the shots fired investigation was located on the 300 block of Clinton Avenue. The vehicle was unoccupied, however, according to investigators, a loaded 9mm handgun was recovered nearby.
Two suspects were stopped by patrol officers in the area of Clinton and Lexington Avenues and taken into custody, according to police.
Jean Rosario-Rodriguez, 28, of Albany, was charged with one count of reckless endangerment and one count of criminal possession of a weapon.
Tommy Falu-Garcia, 36, of Albany, was charged with one count of tampering with evidence.
Both men, we're told are expected to be arraigned on Monday.
