Buffalo rattled by 3.8 magnitude earthquake
A 3.8 magnitude earthquake shook Western New Yorkers awake on Monday morning.

WOODSIDE, Queens (WABC) -- Several people were injured in an accident at a construction site in Woodside, Queens, on Monday afternoon.

The incident was reported at 46-01 37th Ave at 48th St just before noon.

The DEP said it appears a rebar cage tipped over onto five contractors at a DEP construction project.

The site houses Shaft 17B, which is part of the city's third water tunnel.

One worker was seriously hurt while the others have minor injuries.

Few other details were released.
