1 dead after car crash involving semi-truck on Woodruff Farm Rd. in Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - One person is dead after a vehicle wreck involving a semi-truck on Woodruff Farm Road in Columbus.

The accident happened in the intersection of Woodruff Farm Road and Corporate Ridge Parkway on February 6.

According to Muscogee County Coroner Buddy Bryan, the driver of the vehicle has been identified as 19-year-old Levi Whitten, of Waverly Hall.

Whitten was pronounced dead at approximately 10:15 p.m. at Grady Hospital in Atlanta.
