Gas Prices Fall in Chattanooga

GasBuddy's survey of 170 stations

Gas Prices in Chattanooga have fallen 13.2 cents per gallon according to GasBuddy’s survey of 170 stations in our community.  We also learned prices in Chattanooga are 22.8 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.

According to GasBuddy, the cheapest station in Chattanooga was priced at $2.92 per gallon and the most expensive was $3.39 per gallon.

The national average price of diesel stands at $4.60 per gallon.

“For the first time in 2023, the national average price of gasoline has seen a weekly decline, primarily thanks to a sharp and sudden drop in the price of oil,” said Patrick De Haan, head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy.
