Last night saw more than a few musical icons grace the red carpet as the 2023 Grammys took place in Los Angeles, gathering the likes of Beyoncé, Adele, Madonna and Jennifer Lopez under one roof. And, as ever, the award show delivered when it came to fashion.

Always one of the most fun – and most adventurous – red carpets of the year, this year's attendees stepped out in some seriously beautiful custom designs, from Gucci and Gaurav Gupta to Miu Miu and Versace.

Below, we round up our 10 favourite looks from the night. From Beyoncé and Cardi B to Doja Cat, here's who delivered at the 2023 Grammys.

She may have skipped the red carpet, but Beyoncé made up for that in the fashion stakes, wearing not one, but three incredible outfits during the evening. Our favourite had to be this Gucci gown, featuring a nude velvet bodice with a sculptural silver skirt, which she accessorised with black leather gloves and Lorraine Schwartz jewellery.

Cardi B in Gaurav Gupta

Cardi B always delivers at the Grammys, and this year was no exception. The singer looked sensational in an electric blue design by Gaurav Gupta on the red carpet, and she later changed into a dazzling Paco Rabanne ensemble, honouring the late designer who passed away just last week.

Adele in Louis Vuitton

Adele kept things toned down yet glamorous for the 2023 Grammys, wearing a red velvet gown which had been custom-made for her by Louis Vuitton. It featured sculptural detail on the off-the-shoulder neckline, and she wore it with statement earrings and her signature bouncy blow-dry.

Olivia Rodrigo kept things chic, choosing a sheer black gown by Miu Miu for the red carpet. She added a simple black necklace and kept her hair and make-up pared back, too.

Jennifer Lopez in Gucci

Opting for some sparkle was Jennifer Lopez, who – like Beyoncé – embraced a little Gucci glamour for the evening. She wore an embellished navy gown with silver touches, paired with enormous platform heels and Bulgari jewellery.

Although the fashion at the Grammys is known for pushing boundaries, there were actually quite a few black gowns on this year's red carpet. One of our favourites came from Cherdericka, who wore a textured sleeveless dress and gloves by Olivier Theyskens.

Also in black, but bringing the drama, was Doja Cat in Atelier Versace. The singer made an entrance in a latex gown with a huge train and matching opera gloves.

Lizzo in Dolce & Gabbana

Lizzo was one of the more colourful guests of the night, choosing a bright orange gown with a cape by Dolce & Gabbana, which featured three-dimensional flower detail, a theme she continued into her hair. She finished her look with a matching tangerine blush.
