Firefighters battle fire at vacant house on N. Clinton Avenue

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Firefighters battled a house fire that took place on North Clinton Avenue in the early, morning hours of Monday.

Crews from the Rochester Fire Department responded to the address and saw flames coming from the roof of the two-and-a-half-story vacant house. Firefighters were able to extinguish a large amount of the fire outside before making it inside the home.

According to RFD, the fire was on all three floors inside of the house, causing fire crews to call for a second alarm.

After a search was conducted inside the home, RFD reports that there was nobody found inside the structure. No injuries were reported by firefighters.
