CORVALLIS, Ore. —
The Oregon State women's basketball team has developed a theme of digging themselves a hole in the first two quarters and then coming back to make the game close in the third and fourth quarters.

But Sunday was not on-theme for the Beavers.
Oregon State did come out digging themselves a hole, only scoring six points in the first 12 minutes of the game and allowing the Buffs to lead by 22 points in the second quarter.
And although some players we haven't seen a lot of this season - such as Martha Pietsch and Adlee Blacklock - stepped up in Sunday's game, it wasn't enough to pull out a comeback against Colorado.
The Beavers lose another, 67-48.

Oregon State will hope to bounce back on the road again next week against UCLA and USC.
