TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —
With the shot at $1 million on the line, there were quite a few cowboys sweatin' at Expo Square Sunday.

It was the last day to earn a spot in what's called the richest single-day rodeo in the world.
We're talking about the American Western Weekend.
That's when the best of each region compete for that million bucks.
NewsChannel 8 caught up with one of the cowboys who was sweating for a while at Sunday's American Rodeo Regional Finals at the fairgrounds.
In the end, Dakota Eldridge was one of just four to punch their ticket to Arlington next month.
He told us he really thinks this might be his year to take home that million dollars.
