Cannabis dispensaries join forces with new delivery service

The company is called Priscotty.,and businesses are outsourcing delivery to them

The Canvas Organics Dispensary has teamed up with a new delivery service it hopes will make its business boom. Many other dispensaries in Albuquerque offer delivery but Canvas is one of a growing number to outsource its deliveries to a company called Priscotty. This relieves them and other cannabis dispensaries from having to develop their own delivery service. “It’s going great, better than we thought actually,” Scott Prisco, the CEO of Priscotty said.“It really makes it convenient for our customers, especially ones with disabilities that maybe can't make it to our stores,” Billy Giron, a co-owner at Canvas said.Rodrigo Ramirez, another co-owner of the store said he was a little skeptical about the partnership, but says it's been good for business.“We signed a contract with him to see how it goes, and so far Prisco has been doing pretty good,” Ramirez said. On the Priscotty website, people just need a valid photo ID or passport to sign up for a delivery. Prisco says Canvas was the perfect partner because this gives them a tool to use other stores may not have.“It's catching on and I believe it's going to get more and more popular,” Giron said. Canvas said if people are interested in the delivery service, the only other thing they need to worry about is a $10 flat fee when ordering online. They deliver as far as Rio Rancho and anywhere within 15 miles of their store. To find out more about Priscotty, click here.
