EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. – Illinois State Police are assisting with a homicide investigation in East St. Louis.
Authorities responded to a deadly shooting around 2:30 p.m. Saturday at 18th and Missouri streets.
Police have not disclosed any other details in the case. FOX 2 will update as more information becomes available.
