Two of Nassau's newest communities are Wildlight and the Tributary. Wildlight is twice the size of Nocatee and will have 24,000 homes at build out. It offers the laid-back relaxation of Amelia Island, and the cultural energy of a large community. The Tributary is much smaller at 3200 homes but will have on site schools, a fire station and plenty of preservation land.
