The core of the cold air sits over the Susquehanna Valley this morning as temperatures around dawn will be near 10 degrees. Factor in the light breeze and feels-like temperatures hover around zero.
We won't warm much today. Temperatures climb back to near 30 degrees with a gentle breeze around this afternoon and into the evening. Skies stay sunny to mostly sunny with some passing high level clouds. Feels-like temperatures stay in the teens this afternoon.
