Osage County Sheriff's Office says they arrested a man on Feb. 3 after observing a vehicle traveling 74 miles per hour in a 50 mph marked zone.
Around 11 a.m. on Friday, Deputy Castleberry was working a highway safety shift when he noticed a car driving 24 miles over the speed limit.
He turned behind the vehicle, activated the emergency lights, and attempted to conduct a traffic stop.
OCSO says the driver failed to yield for a few miles but finally pulled over and stopped.
Deputy Castleberry found the tag on the vehicle was incorrect.
The car was stolen out of Sand Springs, according to OCSO.
The driver was identified as Donald Broomhall.
Broomhall was taken into custody and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, driving under suspension, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, speeding, no use of a seat belt, and improper tag display.
