If you need help with your fitness resolution this year, this is the perfect event for you. Commit to participating in the American Lung Association in Missouri’s iconic Fight For Air Climb at the Metropolitan Square on March 25.

In addition to completing the physical challenge of climbing 42 floors and 900 steps, you will also feel good knowing the annual event support lifesaving research, advocacy and local programs right here in St. Louis.

“Stair climbing is a great way to continue your New Year’s Resolution to get healthy,” said Brett Schuette, executive director of the Lung Association. “This event also helps us support the more than 867,000 Missouri residents who suffer from lung disease. So it’s a win-win for everyone.”

The St. Louis Climb offers options for every type of climber, including special categories for EMTs, first responders and firefighters. Featuring one-of-a-kind views of the city skyline and the best set of stairs this side of the Mississippi.

Registration is open for the St. Louis Fight For Air Climb, which brings together hundreds of climbers of all fitness levels, families and corporate teams from across Missouri.
