Sarah Knowles made it her mission to get more adult changing tables installed in public places, including at the Capitol. An idea that was first introduced in 2020.

Finalists include chefs and restaurants from Milwaukee and Madison, Wis., with both cities getting two each. There were a total of six semifinalists from Wisconsin.
