UPDATE: A child who was reported missing outside Silverton Friday afternoon has been found safe and sound, the Marion County Sheriff's Office said.
Sage has been reunited with family members.
"Thank you to our community, Woodburn, Silverton, Salem police as well as Silverton fire, deputies, S&R as well as METCOM & WVCC Dispatch," the sheriff's office said.

A 5-year-old boy with autism and limited verbal communication was reported missing east of Silverton on Friday afternoon, and deputies are asking for the public’s help in finding him safe.
Sage was last seen shortly before 3 p.m. Friday near the intersection of Silver Falls Drive NE and Seminole Road.
He is described as about 4-foot 6-inches tall, with an average build and blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a black long sleeve shirt and black pants.
