According to the Pittsburg Police Department, the second vehicle hit was in the 160 block of N. Locust Street.
While investigating, an officer found the suspected Ford pickup still traveling in the area of the second crash. The officer tried to stop the pickup in the 100 block of E. 16th Street. However, the pickup took off.
