ALBANY, NY (WRGB) — NYS Assemblyman Clyde Vanel was not injured following an emergency landing on a Long Island beach. According to a social media post, The Assemblyman who represents the 33rd district of Queens, stated that back on March 17th, he was practicing maneuvers before the plane he was flying suffered an engine failure.
