Love Island season four may be well and truly over, but the drama is still going on between Islanders Layla and Mads, who are at war over their ex-Callum.

Layla and Callum were coupled up toward the start of the season, but Layla was dumped from the villa after bombshell Takoo stole Callum off her in a recoupling.

Mads was the last bombshell to enter the villa, alongside her twin brother Hugh. Shortly after entering, Mads coupled up with Callum and they made it to the finals where they came in third place.

After the finale aired, Callum and Mads revealed that they were still seeing each other. However, they have since split.

In a now-deleted TikTok Layla reposted a question from a fan who asked if she was upset about how fast Callum moved onto Mads. In her response the 20-year-old confirmed that she wasn’t seeing Callum and his relationship with Mads made her realise he was “full of sh*t”.

In the past, Layla has said she didn’t want Love Island after she was dumped, and Mads called her out for her hypocrisy.

“I see, so you didn’t watch us but you did watch snippets of us to realise that he was full of sh*t but then when we came out of the villa, you still tried to pursue him. Gotcha!” Maddie said in a TikTok video and captioned it, “Even I can’t keep up!”.

Layla from Love Island Mads from Love Island

In the season finale, Austen and Claudia were crowned the winners of Love Island season four, and in an interview shortly after, Austen called Layla out for being “fake”.

During an appearance on Where’s Your Head At the couple were asked by one of the hosts – and former Love Island winner – Anna McEvoy to pick one person each from the show that they don’t like.

“Number one would have to be Layla. I’m not a fan of Layla,” he said.

He added, “She’s very different from what she is on the show. On the show, I could not see it. She seemed like a nice girl.

“You couldn’t see it in the villa, and then on the outside, it’s like you’re completely different to how you portrayed yourself in the villa.”

“I don’t like people that are fake. I don’t like that… On the outside, she was clout chasing. I don’t think that would be a problem. If that’s how she portrayed herself on the show.

“Because she was fake on the show and I was like, ‘bro, what are you doing?’ I just can’t stand fake people.”
