Days of Our Lives Reunites a Supercouple… But It Won’t Be All Hearts and Flowers

Cady McClain will be making her way back to Days of Our Lives as Jennifer beginning on Friday, February 10, just in time for Valentine’s Day. And if anyone needs a little pick-me-up right about now, it’s Jack. The poor guy is not only dealing with the loss of his daughter Abigail but he just disowned his other daughter Gwen, who refused to chose him over Xander.

You would think that the supercouple would be a comfort to each other during the most romantic time of year, and they likely will be, however, it won’t be all hearts and flowers… So, what’s ahead for the grieving parents? Just when Jack didn’t think things could get any worse, Gwen will strike once again when his now-estranged daughter and former BFF Xander try to blackmail him and his wife.

What could they possibly want? Yep, you guessed it, The Spectator. And having Gwen and Xander running the ship could spell disaster for too many people to count. Could you imagine the headlines now? Newspaper sales will surely go up if the couple decides to spill the tea of their enemies publically for all to read — not to mention, it could give them leverage for more blackmail to come. Talk about a dangerous combination!
