Joi Johnson had 25 points and 10 rebounds for Ewing (19-2), which stormed out to a 30-17 first quarter lead. Rhian Stokes added 17 points, seven assists, seven steals and six rebounds.
Amy Rachilla paced Hillsborough (11-9) with 23 points and five rebounds. Francesca Schiro had 15 points with seven rebounds and six assists, while Mya Loniewski scored 14 points.
