QUESTION:  Was it determined that Ingram had stepped out of bounds while still making contact with the basketball?

SCOTT: After postgame media review, Ingram was not out of bounds while making contact with the ball.

QUESTION: Was the game clock correctly stopped following Ingram being whistled out of bounds?

SCOTT: No, the game clock continued to run after being whistled for out of bounds.
