The Dell Food & Brew Hall headed to the Village at Leesburg

Regular readers will recall when The Burn reported two weeks ago about a new brewery coming to the Village at Leesburg. Now the official name of the project has been announced — it will be called The Dell Food & Brew Hall.

The brewery is going into the spot where the bar and food hall are currently found at Chefscape.

Chefscape is a commerical kitchen for local food-based businesses. They public facing side includes four kiosks serving up unique foods in a food hall atmosphere — as well as a large bar.

The commercial kitchen will still be there, but the side most of us know is changing names and becoming The Dell.

Water’s End Brewery — which has three other locations in the region — is entering Loudoun County with the new full-fledged brewery — tanks and all — at the VAL.

The many varieties of beer from Water’s End will be served in the bar and visitors can view the brewing process through large windows. The full bar also has cocktails and wine as well.

The current line-up of restaurants in the food hall includes Colombian’s Place (Colombian food), Lucky Dog (a gourmet hot dog stand), and Paulie’s Italian Kitchen (housemade pasta dishes).

The new concept and branding is supposed to kick in sometime this coming spring, so stay tuned for more details on that.
